What a fantastic team. After having two horrendous experiences at two other Maurice Meades, this branch kindly offered to fix it up and did a fabulous job. Regan and Whitley took great care of me with genuine concern, and with a high level of expertise they both saw immediately the multiple issues with my cut and gave me several options that they talked me through and checked progressively to ensure I was happy. Whitley was very thorough and skilled. As someone who only goes to a hair dresser once a year because it's a loathsome experience each time, I think I have finally found a great salon with excellent quality and service to boot which will make me have more frequent visits! Everyone here is very professional and welcoming, and my hair looks better than it has after decades of searching for a decent hairdresser. Thank you!!

Today I had hands down the best experience with Tina! She was so thorough with me during my consultation from what style I was looking for, what my hair care routine is and what products she would be using, talking me through exactly what each product does and its benefits. I am extremely precious about my hair and have once had a slightly bad experience elsewhere and Tina truly set my mind at ease and reassured me the whole way and showed genuine care! I left the salon with a blow wave to die for and felt so amazing - I might add this took her quite a while as I have such thick hair so her patience and time taken was so appreciated I truly haven’t experienced the effort elsewhere when styling after a wash, cut and blow dry. I will not go anywhere else from now - Tina you have well and truly won me over and can add me to your client list! Thank you 🥹🥰
